Meet the Team

Mike Lant has over 25 years of development experience and has managed over 4 million square feet of commercial product.  Along with the many numerous commercial developments, Lant has always had an affinity for redevelopment projects and re-creating functional places for people in areas where infrastructure is already in place. It makes sense from a social aspect as well.  Lant was chairman of the Council for Quality Growth’s Revitalization Committee for over 3 years which stimulated Gwinnett County to establish its own Revitalization Task Force. Lant has been a member of this Task Force for the past 3 years.

Redevelopment/Infill Development experience includes Merchants Walk Shopping Center in East Cobb, The Publix at East Lake, Colonial Plaza De-Malling, Orlando, FL, redevelopment studies and master planning for Northside Hospital and Crawford Long Hospital, Development Consulting services for Glenwood Park, a 27 acre brownfield, mixed-use development, Vickery Village, the mixed-use town center of Vickery in Forsyth County and Altamonte Town Center, a 1.5 million square foot mixed-use development in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
